I make Novelty Celebration Cakes to order and also a delicious range of cupcakes, sponge cakes, traditional fairy cakes, chocolate muffins and more… all freshly baked in the small village of Asenby, near Thirsk.
I can cater for children’s parties and special occasions, corporate events, to give as a gift, to say ‘thank you’ or just a well deserved treat for yourself…!!
- All my cakes are freshly handmade to order using the good old traditional cake making method which gives lovely soft sponge cake every time!
- All my cakes are made using the finest ingredients and I use local free range eggs, real fruit, and natural extracts and flavourings.
- There are NO additives or preservatives in any of the cakes.
- My deliciously smooth buttercream is always homemade using excellent quality ingredients.
As there are now a high number of people who live with coeliac disease, I have also introduced a small range of gluten-free cakes.
For your peace of mind my premises are council inspected. I have a certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene and I also have an NVQ in Professional Cookery.
As all my cakes are baked to order, you can always be sure of the freshest, most delicious cakes of the finest quality…… especially for you!
